Cypress Firearms Shipping and Returns Policy

Cypress Firearms will make every effort to ship customer orders in a timely manner. Certain orders may require special shipping which will be determined by the factory at the time of order fulfillment. Any exceptions or delays will be communicated as soon as possible upon order receipt.

Direct and wholesale firearm sales will be dealt with on a case by case basis. Please be sure to include correct contact information on your order so that Cypress Firearms can effectively complete your transaction.

Firearms are NOT RETURNABLE if transfer has been completed. Returns and Exchanges are accepted for unopened products only, within 15 days of purchase. Please contact support@cypressfirearms.com to arrange for an RMA of all unopened products. Any non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
